Yesterday I posted about a pretty big smoke of proteins for future use in the general discussion section. One part was a chuckie for chili. Well here is it going.
Package chili starter, black, kidney, chili beans. Touch of cajun and diced onion and shredded chuck. Nothing fancy but we like it.
I'm not a preacher but I'll have to go Amen to cooking over or with wood burning just tastes better. Especially in east tn 2nd week of January and its dang nice outside at 7 pm.
