Finally got around to making my Cheeseburger Pizza. Nice day to use the Flat Top. Made a trip south to hit a few stores and got some dough from Trader Joe's. Of course the 2 main things went after I forgot. I getting bad about that and time to start making a list. Pizza was really good. Crust could of browned a little more but flavor was there. Tried to get myself to fire up the Pizza Kettle but just went with oven. Really liked the Ketchup Mustard sauce on this. Diced up some pickles and put on before eating. Boy those Jalapeno's where spicy. Glad only used one. Will be making this again in the future but time to get on the Low Carb thing again.

Got the Blueberry wine going. Smashing Blueberries is kind of a pain. Glad I just did 3 gallons now. Will see in a year if drinkable. Mean while I picked up some Horton Tower Series Blueberry wine. Man is that stuff good!

I couldn't wait a year, which is why I never learned to make wine or beer, now shine I've never made it on my own, but I hand my hand in a few batches, maybe.:emoji_smirk::emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I made my own whiskey for years but our local distillery makes incredible whiskey and I am hooked on that now. Spoiled me and have thrown in the towel making my own and just not that much fun anymore.

Sure do love cheeseburger pizza, and yours looks great! I bet your gonna like your blueberry wine.

Cheese Burger Pizza. So Ketchup and Mustard is the Sauce? Then just top with cooked and crumbled Burgers and fav burger toppings. Sounds good to me...JJ

The pizza sure looks good, but I don’t think I can wrap my head around a cheeseburger pizza. I think I’d rather just have a good ole greasy cheeseburger!

I a huge fan of cold pizza for breakfast. I been known to just buy and put in fridge. This was probably one of the best cold pizza's I have had. Next time will use the pizza kettle using the tips you gave me a year ago.

That looks awesome Brian! Pizza and cheeseburger…..amazing! I know what you mean about that carb thing! Bummer!

Man if you could smell this Blueberry. A really blue color now and aroma is just incredible! I will have an idea when I transfer to secondary what it taste like. I may skip the strawberry and do another blueberry. I am bottling with those flip top bottles and only have enough for 5 gallons. I am wondering how canning jars and use vacuum sealer would work?

Guess I can't see why it wouldn't.
