A couple days ago I whipped these up. The idea was to use my BlackStone griddle. But, my neighbors tree had different ideas. It decided to relocate itself across my driveway and in front of the garage. Very slight damage. Got very lucky! So, the cook got moved into the house to the electric skillet.

Got some shrooms and pablanos going then added these after slicing them up a tad.

Shrooms with pablanos getting precooked a touch with salt and pepper. Then added the steak.
And a metric ton of provolone.

Then onto a steak roll with batter dipped fries. Awesome meal. But it would have been better on the griddle.

I hope the neighbors insurance covered the damage Steve. BTW, That's an awesome looking meal buddy! I'll take a plate for sure.

Thanks Dave. I'm waiting to hear more from the neighbor. She has contacted her insurance company.

Looks good Steve. Glad there wasn't a lot of damage. Thanks for sharing.

Nice work Steve ! Good choice on the pablano! I always use in place of green bell peppers. Way better flavor in my opinion.

Steve....that looks like a heart attack on a plate just waiting to happen, exactly the kind of food I love. Man that looks good!!

Looks delicous Steve, hope the insurance company doesn't say it was an act of nature so they're not responsible. They like using that excuse.

That is American comfort food at it's finest Steve, pure goodness on a plate, Like. When I process a whole standing rib roast I've never thought to do some thin sliced. Now with the flat top I'll make a point of having some. RAY

Looks fantastic!! I’m with @Sowsage on this, love the use of poblano instead of bell pepper for these. Nice extra kick of flavor. I have a half dozen in the frig now for some griddling action this weekend.

Thanks! Her policy supposedly covers everything. I hope so. Because the rest of that tree needs to come down.

Looks delicious. How the hell did you even pick that up? Lol
Lol! Thanks. I didn't that was laid to waste with a knife and fork!
