Big shout out to Smokin Al for the pretzel recipe. I love pretzel rolls and buns.

Didn't take many pics of making these buns cause I ain't no baker, bit they turn out good I think.

Cooked up some chip steak and fried up some green peppers.

These buns are fantastic. Super easy to make, might be a bit on the heavy side but I can make alot of these.

Thanks Al for the post.

Thanks Case. They turn out kinda heavy?

Thanks Brian. They were very good.

Thanks Justin.

You gotta try them. If I can make them any one can.

Looks tasty,I'm not much of a baker either and like a loaf of garlic bread for sammiches.

Lookin' good...With pretzel buns and bagels, dense is the nature of the beast. Fairly low water and not a lot of rise time. Next round, let them raise more. Will still be chewy but a bit lighter...JJ

Great job Adam!

The sammie looks delicious!

Like JJ said let the buns raise a little longer.

Point!

Al
