Cheese Burgers with beef bacon.

Made some cheese burgers for dinner using my beef bacon. Beef bacon, american cheese, tomato, lettuce, and grass fed burger.

What cut do you use for the beef bacon?

I used brisket flats for mine. The usual cut is the navel/plate
