Checking in From KY

    Hello everyone,

    I have been visiting this forum for about 7 months and have had some success with smoking a variety of meats and cuts using the tips and advice that I found by browsing these pages. I have not had to ask any questions because they were all already asked and answered so I never joined, but I have been taking pictures of my smoking expeditions and thought I might start posting some QUE-view. Any way I live just outside Frankfort KY and I use a Master Forge 30" vertical propane smoker. I can be totally obsessed with smoking spending hours researching and preparing for the next trial. Look forward to exchanging stories and stuff with everyone.

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
