Well, I have been a forum lurker for about 2 years now, and just about everything I have learned has come from here, so Thanks! Everyone. I have been hooked on this hobby/passion for a bit over 2 years now. I am an all electric smoker with a MES 30. Started with an el-cheapo brinkman with a few mods that I gave to my father in-law awhile back. We live in Lexington Ky...Hince the Wildcat Name and Yes I am a big fan. Look forward to checking in from time to time.
