check out this woodwork   all bolts are 3/4"  HUGE

well thats what is keeping meat on the smoker right now  this is a fun project   original house is over 100 years old

Congratulations on a nice project, Rick.  We have been staying busy, but not with anything like that.  Small remodels and a few roofs with prospects for a couple of garages is all.  You're lucky to have something of that size in this economy.

I guess 100 years is old for a home in that area?  I grew-up in a house that is now over 200 years old and it made me fall in love with old houses.

very cool.............just mounted solar water panels on my buddies' dad's new build, he downsized from 8 to 6k sf.

this is standing on the roof looking at the elevator...

looking down at will be the outdoor kitchen....

inside kitchen and view, i could cook in that kitchen all day........ those glass walls slide to the side for an open feel.

rick, good to see you have a source to keep the smoker full........i like the old look better than the new modern stuff.
