Congratulations on a nice project, Rick.  We have been staying busy, but not with anything like that.  Small remodels and a few roofs with prospects for a couple of garages is all.  You're lucky to have something of that size in this economy.

What a great project. That looks like both a challenge and a lot of fun depending on the homeowner.  
 
Dang! That is one heck of an "add on" lol. I assume they bought it more for the land than for the existing house... lol.
 
very cool.............just mounted solar water panels on my buddies' dad's new build, he downsized from 8 to 6k sf.
