...is my go-to many times when feeding my zoo. The cheap part this week is Lowes Foods has pork tenderloins on sale for $1.99/lb. The easy part was grilling them...

Trimmed and seasoned with Kinder's garlic butter...

Grilled over hickory splits...

Pulled at 145ish℉ and sliced...

Served with fresh green beans and potatoes cooked with my bacon ends and frozen yeast rolls...

Been a long 10 days or so, so time for a break. Nothing fancy, just a quick and easy meal for the zoo...

Love good tenderloin!! It all looks great!! Takes me back! My dad used to cook tenderloins all the time growing up, a favorite for sure and so easy!! That could have been a meal in our house growing up many times!

Cheap, easy and delicious Charles. Looks great

Point for sure

Looks good! Hard to beat cooking over a wood fire!

Ryan

Love to see loin with some pink. A shame so many years people have been overcooking pork thinking it was like chicken and needed to be 165+.

NICE WORK CHARLES, LOOKS WONDERFUL! WHEN I SAW THE TITLE OF THIS POST IT REMINDED ME OF A FEW GALS FROM MY PAST. RAY

Thanks, wasn't hungry until I saw your pics...

Good looking food there for sure! and $`1.99!!! damn good deal
Thanks guys, I really appreciate the comments and compliments. We had been out of town for a few days and when we got home, I was looking for something to cook that was mainly easy and good and the price was hard to beat. I'm like John Fueling Around Fueling Around , cheap, but I call it frugal...😄 I actually bought a couple more for another idea I have rambling around in my head, but that's for another day...

Perfect meal!!!
I absolutely love cold P.T.L sandwiches with leftovers, I buy an extra just for leftovers.
Hard sourdough roll, smoked Cheddar cheese, P.T.L, bacon, lettuce, red onion, a little Que sauce and homegrown tommytoe slices. YUM!!!
