Charcoal order came today!

First time experimenting with this, 35 lbs of premium Japanese binchotan. This stuff is insane, it's heavy, holding a piece of it feels like you're holding a tire iron.

Going to use it to break in the new Blackstone Bronco Santa Maria hopefully with an A5 Ribeye if I can get my hands on one...just need to get around to assembling the Bronco.

Well, it's definitely gonna be a long haul. I gotta finish the deck, assemble the gazebo, then assemble the Bronco. But I'll definitely update this when it all comes together, hoping by the end of the month.
