Been doin' some lurkin'. Found this place looking for rubs and marinades. I've made some decent runs of meat on a gas grill, but figure it's time to get serious about it. Never owned a dedicated smoker and I've got a buddy who knows how to make stuff happen even if it's with some twenty year old power tools. And he could be bought with good bourbon.

I'll be down stairs in the builder's sub looking for some help shortly...
