Ok my wife's friend form Hawaii is coming to town and wanted to get a southern expeirence. what better way to save money than to just cook for them. Smoking some baby back ribs, sausage, abts, and grilling some shrimp and fresh made salsa. Going to post what all i did plus qview tom. so much to do with little time involved.

Ok sorry I havent updated this with some pics. Having a very busy last week. Tonight ill make sure its done.

ribs were finished on the grill with bbq sauce. I was worried because the rub turned out kind of black and it looked burnt but they werent thankfully.

hadnt thought about spam kabobs, lol. not a bad idea. We did eat plenty of spam fried rice for breakfast though.
