Bought a small 2 bone prime rib for Easter dinner. Cut the bones off. Seasoned with SPOG and marinated in Henderson's Relish. Into the cast iron pan roast on top of the bones.  500° for 15 minutes, 365° until I hit the magic IT of 130°. Rest for 30 slice and serve. Turned out perfect. Served with steamed asparagus, garlic mashed taters and gravy.

Dogs are going to love these bones!

I am drooling that is one fine looking meal Bud

Great job looks good
I love my dog and all but the pr bones are mine

Beautiful Case. Just beautiful.

A little too rare for me but other than that....yum!! I really like the 500 degrees for 15 min idea.

And yeah, all the bones at our place go to my hound Roxy.

Thanks Gary! The char works good. Super tasty!

That looks so good the dog would have to fight me for the bones!

This looks amazing. One question I have is how long did it take to get to 130 IT? I want to do this cook, but was just wondering about the overall time for planning purposes.
