Sorry I didn't answer your question, you can get your butcher to do that, that is, if he is a butcher and not a wrapper, there is big a big difference.

Looks like the slicer you got awhile back is working out.....Im not sure what Capicola is but that looks so good I gotta do some searches to find out...Great job as always
