Well, puttin in the new wood furnace in the shop, ran inta a couple a problems. The window I'm eleminatin fer the new chimney, well, lets say there has been a leak, the whole wall under that thing was rotted out, sheetin an all!
So, spent a day an a half properly rebuildin that.
The window an wall mostly back together, before I put the interior wall back up. The hole there is where the chimney will exit.
Got all the chimney parts, needed a wall braket to mount it, you think ya can find one a them? Nobody carries them anymore, so I built one.
Used my ring roller to roll out the pipe clamp an bent up some brackets, riveted the brackets to the ring an a nice coat of cold galvanized to keep it from rustin.
Know I just need to get the furnace over in the right spot an hook it all up. Should be operational next weekend. Be nice havin wood fan forced heat in the shop! Gonna make smokin lots more enjoyable this winter!
