Eggplants roasted, then skinned; blitzed in food processor after cooling. Mixed with homemade mayo and diced onion.That all looks amazing.
Can you walk me thought your eggplant spread and porcini cream cheese spread please? These would make great appetizers in our home as everyone loves eggplant and shrooms. I guess I will have to use up the last of my wild morels on this, it looks and sounds great.

We make them play hockey to build meat mass, fatten them up with maple syrup and get them drunk on ice wine before slaughter. All while saying a lot of "sorry" along the way. There.....i spilled the beans.Boy, They sure grow those Turkeys Pretty up there in that Colder Climate!!
