I cook each ingredient on a separate skewer or whole (chicken breast) and then cut up chicken and combine with veggies in a tray for serving. Cook each item to perfection the way you like it instead of some burning to get chicken to 165. Pineapple teriyaki marinade with Smokey paprika chipotle seasoning. All done on sear box, no smoke. This Victoria Taylor’s seasoning takes care of that.
