Haha your hot tub ..your rules!
We are wrapped up in storms down here.
Wind and rain with a.low of 52 tonight and high of 54 tomorrow. You can keep the white stuff up there!

Love that Cajun. That pork looks so good and tender. Thinking about shutting my tub down for the winter. Not been using much. 102 is freaking hot!

Heck yeah, Jake!! That all looks fantastic, I'll take a plate. No snow here, but it's rainy and has cooled down this morning from the mid 70's this past week to mid 40's and the wind is blowing 30 mph sustained...

Thanks Brian. 102 perfect for us but after an hour or so we usually back it down. All depends on outside temp

Appreciate it bud!

"Living the life Jimmy wrote about" out there Jake! But who wouldn't given the opportunity....

That is one juicy loin also buddy!

BIG LIKE on the whole plate, even though the bunny rabbit food showed up. :emoji_laughing:

John
Lol thanks John. We love a good salad

Jake, that pork tenderloin and entire plate looks delicious! I love tenderloin because it’s so cheap and versatile. I’m gonna have to try it injected with the cajun butter. I always mean to pick some up but always seem to breeze by it on the shelf because I’m not thinking about it.

Appreciate that joe. Fyi the injection is the same brand as the Cajun butter but it's different. A creole garlic marinade injection. Delicious on pork and beef

How'd you like the rub ?
I saw it at the local Ace store last week and will definitely try it knowing it's veteran owned.

The grunt rub is delicious. I been buying rubs from them for years. I met them a long time ago at a comp in Missouri. Good group of guys with a great rub lineup

Looks awesome, Jake. I usually do several tenderloins a month, but I haven't tried injecting one. I think I will try the next one with Tony's Creole Butter injection since you can get it about anywhere around here.
