Howdy fellas and non fellas. 79° and tornadoes yesterday, 20s and 3-5 inches of snow today lol. Fireplace going all day

Injected a tenderloin with creole garlic Cajun injector. Stuff is delicious. Then rubbed up with tx smoker tx smoker Cajun rub

Was gonna use kettle but snow stopped me. Got pellet grill up to 450 and threw this on. Flipped around several times

Pulled at 139 and let rest for 10min. Temp rose to 145. Sliced up this juice bomb

Had a really nice salad and some roasted baby taters. They were roasted in truffle olive oil and tossed with grunt rub. A veteran owned company. Code 3 spices

Looks awesome Jake! Definitely was juicy! That cajun injection is some good stuff! And you can keep all the snow...I'm fine with brown grass and black dirt showing!

Great meal for that kind of weather . Perfectly cooked. No snow but high was 19 today . Burned a fire all day myself .

Thanks Rich we been pretty warm this winter but I'm usually running the fireplace daily
