Butt of the Party

You know every party has one but my 2 YO granddaughter with have 2 at hers!
Well actually 3 as my ex will also be there .
These are products of the Kroger. 79 lb sale a couple of weeks ago.
Both around 9lbs each.
Injection by Blues Hog and one rubbed with a light coating of Lane's Honey Sriracha and then Myron Mixon Rib rub while the other got a light dusting of Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño and a final layer of HR comp rub.
On the MBGF 1050 loaded with Blues Hog lump with many layers of pecan and hickory chunks.
Running at 300° with my alarm set every 2 hrs . Hope to finish early then get a quick nap in the early morning near sunrise.

Catch pan with the leftover injection and a little apple juice.
That's it for now.
Plan to pan and wrap with some Braswell's mop once the bark is set.

Everything turned out great.
Did a modified version of Wicked Baked Beans with peaches and 3 lbs of chopped brisket. Will definitely be doing those again!

Used my fat separator and added to liquid gold back in. I really like the vinegar flavor from the Braswell's mop.

Thanks Ryan it turned out nicely but the BB were the star for me. Can't wait to try those again. I had a small sample of the PP but 2 helpings of the beans.
