Due to me being on a strict diet to sheds some weight decided to try my hand at “Memphis Dry Rub”ribs. Skip the sauce that I love. Did a light dusting of Heath Riles garlic Jalapeño and topped with some new stuff I found on sale at Acme 75% off. Very clean ingredients with no bs chemicals. Will follow up with results. Mopping every 30 minutes. New stuff is Cuso’s. Price was right.

I love his Hot Honey and Cowboy Butter. Haven't tried any other flavors but I'm sure they're good too.
And would definitely load up at that price!
