I live in a fairly small town and end up ordering a lot of stuff from Amazon.
I just ordered a roll of food grade pink butcher paper, 24" x 200' for just a few cents over $25. They have some 18" paper for less, but the extra few cents put this order over the minimum $25 to qualify for free shipping, and not have to add anything to the order. I know freight on a big roll of paper would have been costly.
Save a few bucks, spend it on meat !

You'll be glad you got the 24". I have the 18" and wish I'd got the 24". I have to criss cross sheets to get the coverage I want on larger cuts of meat like 10 lb butts and any packer brisket. Tri tips, no problem with the smaller width.
