Wife wanted some burgers today and while at Kroger’s I ran across a chuck roast on the reduced meat section. So fired up the smoker and had a midweek cook. Also did some bologna and bologna burnt ends. Of course had to have a cold beer while I was doing it. The chuckie stalled at around 150 degrees so thats where I foiled it and cranked the heat. Came off at a IT of 210 degrees. Had a nice bark and pulled easily. Everything was tasty. One pan of burnt ends was done with brown sugar, honey, and butter. The other was done in a blueberry maple that I got in a BBQ box subscription. The blueberry was very sweet.

Brokenhandle Brokenhandle I work 4-5 days a week usually 12 plus hours a day. I try to do enough so that we have enough to eat on for a few days. And it gives me a reason to kick back on my day off, relax, and drink a cold beer.
jcam222 jcam222 the wife has declared that burgers will no longer be grilled. They are only to be smoked from now on. And she must be obeyed. LOL.
Thanks for the likes folks.
