Wife wanted some burgers today and while at Kroger’s I ran across a chuck roast on the reduced meat section. So fired up the smoker and had a midweek cook. Also did some bologna and bologna burnt ends. Of course had to have a cold beer while I was doing it. The chuckie stalled at around 150 degrees so thats where I foiled it and cranked the heat. Came off at a IT of 210 degrees. Had a nice bark and pulled easily. Everything was tasty. One pan of burnt ends was done with brown sugar, honey, and butter. The other was done in a blueberry maple that I got in a BBQ box subscription. The blueberry was very sweet.
