so heres some pics of my briskets and pork butts.

Its been a long day of smoking...

32 racks of st louis ribs
12 smoked potatoes
smoked chili - thanks to wutang for the idea and tips
Smoked 5 deli birds

and now its almost time to get the brisket and butts in for the night...this is when the electric smoker comes in real handy. post the finished product tomorrow mornin.
