Well tomorrow I'm gunna smoke a flat but I don't have enough oak for the whole time so have y'all used oak and hickory mixed just looking for some opinions thanks

That will work. I mix a strong wood and liter wood all the time.

Ok just learned my gauges are off at least 50 degrees!

Looking great! Congrats on the Maverick!

Thanks probably the best smoke I put. On one but a little over seasoned

Looks excellent! Take the seasoning ratio on this one and dial it back by a 1/4 and smoke another one.

The great thing about smoking is that even the ones that aren't perfect are still tasty!
