You guys are killing me with all the Brisket cooks. I'm going to have to start thawing the packer I've been saving.
Looks like one of the little ones isn't getting far from the Brisket...
 
Forgot to post pics. Came out sensational! Started out as a 12 pounder. Trimmed a couple pounds off. Finished in 9 hours.
