BRISKET, PORK BUTT AND SOME CHICKENS

Since I am smoking three different meats I hope the Mod's will cut me a little slack on posting it in Blowing Smoke.

I had a hankering for some Brisket, but Pork Butts and Chickens were on sale, So why not do all three.

This will not be a Step By Step because I have posted all these numerous times. But !! you can click on my "Smokes in One Place" and get all the Info.

Brisket and Pork Butt had been on 6 hours when I put the Chickens on.

Small Brisket and Pork Butt

I went ahead and wrapped the Brisket and Pork Butt because they both already

Had good color and bark

Gary

Holy smokes!  Now that is a pit FULL of goodness!

I may have missed who you were coking for, but they are some lucky folks!  That brisket looks AMAZINGLY good!

Pointing this one for the full pit and GREAT pics

Thanks Charlie, Neighbors ones on each side and one on the end, Great neighbors and friends.

Gary

Nicely done, Gary.  Folks from Louisiana refer to the "Holy Trinity" as being onion, celery, and bell pepper.  That moniker should be rethought after seeing your trio--point for you!

Dary,

Sorry it took me more than a day to get back, but I got busy, and had a Dr Apt, and took Mrs Bear out to eat after Dr Apt.

Then my Buddy from Potter County stopped in. (The guy who lives in the midst of many Real Bears)

What a Smoker Load of Awesomeness!!!
