hard to believe its was 3 months yesterday. I was enabled into the Kettle-head club. It has become my most used appliance since then. FWIW I use the SNS combo basket and water reservoir which is smaller and 1/2 the price of the full sized SNS basket hat goes for $100.
on Saturday I wanted something quick so decided on Publix twin pack of lean pork tenderloin.
Only about 1 1/2 hours to finish to 150 int.
custom rub with a brushing of Sweet baby rays with some chipolte powder stirred in brushed on at almost finish.
On Sunday I wanted to test burn time with the basket and a brisket flat. Got the full 7 hours out of the basket with only adding a few briquettes towards the end, plus post oak chunks.
Brisket got SPG with onion powder
