Brisket in freezer for 2 years - should I toss it out?

Two Years isn't a long time, as long as it's Wrapped good, preferably Vacuum sealed.
Certainly looks real good!!

Let it rest a couple hours, slicing it's a little tough. I figure I'll wrap it and put it in the oven a while.
