Okay so what is my dream you may ask? As for this moment owning one of these, Old Country BBQ Pits Wrangler Smoker is my biggest dream. Don't ask me why but the looks of it, and from what little I have read about it, has given me a smokin woody. I have never owned a smoker before nor have I ever cooked on one but this smoker sure has caught my eye.

I live in west Central Arkansas along the Oklahoma/Arkansas boundary almost smack dab in the middle between two major towns on the western edge of Arkansas. A few of my friends have been smoking for awhile and just never really excited me until the other day I went over to a buddies house while he was doing up a young wild bore. That stuff melted in your mouth when he pulled it off the cooker. Not really sure if it was the primitive drive of eating something wild cooked with fire and smoke or what but after a few bites and looking at his smoker I can't wait to get my own and get to smokin!

If anyone has any information they would like to share about my dream smoker or any helpful advice I sure would appreciate you throwing it my way. It will be a bit before I purchase a smoker (hopefully my dream smoker), but until then I will be reading, getting ideas, and collecting recipes!!

Oh yeah, if you fill like helping me achieve my dream of owning this smoker the collection jar is sitting on the counter!!

to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!

We love to see pictures of what you are cooking (or what we call q-views here at SMF).  To "upload the q-views" just follow the directions here and it will be easier. If you are using a cell phone, an IPad or a kindle, go to the main SMF page and click the Mobile button. Will make the uploads a bit faster too.

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums. Off site links are not allowed here at SMF per TulsaJeff. Not that you have done anything wrong....just a little bit of FYI for new members!

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
