Well I got a hacker in for some pork chops and all I had was a bone in maybe 10-12 lbs So what the heck dinner is coming right up in about 4-5 hours then. So I made my little rub of old bay and brown sugar and some other specialties I found in the spice rack, Then I made some ABT's out japs and some Anaheim's too. Then mixed some cream cheese, blue cheese, green onions, some sweet peppers, and sharp cheddar cheese too, Then just a simple bacon wrap and off we went. The ABT's and Anaheim's some stuffed and some wrapped. All rubbed and awaiting the smoker now. Fresh out of the cooler and ready for the knife and slicing of pure heaven. This is some of the inner pieces that will be frozen for re-heating at a later date. This is Missy she is awaiting some or at least she thinks. The ABT's didn't make it past the table for they came off during dinner and it was all hands out for some ABT's and Anaheim abt's too.
