Fired up the mini with RO lump.

My rain shield.  Raining hard.

Seasoned with Jack Stacks meat and poultry and Tony C's.

Flipped twice during the cook.  Mini ran at 380.

Whats hard about getting crispy skin?

These were my best yet.

Thanks for looking.

That thigh looks as good as it gets....

I'm glad Case introduced the mini to me... thanks Case     The mini turns out the best chicken imo, whether you decide to sear over the fire or not.

That chicken looks off the hook good Adam!

Thanks man.  It was just me, I figured a leg and thigh with taters would be enough.

.....BUT i made mine better than his!    :laugh1:

Is one mini really better than the other? They all make great food.

Yes mine is better for multiple reasons....Starting with mine is blue and gold vs the hideous green and yellow but that's why Case didn't put those colors on it, he realized it!  lol

Can you tell me how long you cooked the chicken four? I suck at grilling chicken for whatever reason. Thanks.

Thanks.

Get building.

There ya go Adam! That's how chicken should be done!

The mini is the beast little cooker for getting a perfect chicken!

Nope I didn't invent the mini. I just praise it's capabilities here and else where to the masses. Everyone who smokes should have one. Those who don't are missing out!!!
