41 years old today with the day off from work. What better way to spend your birthday than to spend it than smoking a rack of baby back ribs, making some pork n beans and a nice garden salad (although somehow I forgot the romaine lettuce so I just had celery, red onion, cucumber, croutons and french dressing).

Rub was Code 3 Spices Rescue Rub. Ribs were moist, tender and a perfect bite without falling off the bone.
