Birthday homemade brat smoke at work!

It was a good birthday even for being at the shop for 12 hours. The owner of the company i work for loves my smoked meats and bbq he lets me do it at work as long as he gets some. I made some homemade jalapeno and cheddar brats and brought them in to smoke. They turned out awesome.
