Hi everyone I've been sneaking around in the forums a little while thought I might as well introduce myself. I haven't been smoking to long just about 6 months first smoke was a pork shoulder on a ECB. It didn't take long to upgrade to the Weber smokey mountain 18", it's a much more user friendly smoker..... Since then I've done a few more pork shoulders, handful of chickens and some ribs. This morning I'm attempting my first turkey but the weather is not making it easy! Just want to say thanks for all the help I've found on this site so far seems like a good group of people here.

Jay
