Always wanted to try jerky making. Anyone have experience with a BGE and jerky?
Lowest I've ever taken the egg was 200 for a long. Brisket smoke.
Not sure how much lower I can go. I could try literally 10-12 briquettes.. and close every vent. Why would be the target temp for jerky? 150-180?
Appreciate anyone with experience going to attempt in 3 days.
