Big Chiefs boys.....meet the PID Bros

Had to do more Salmon Jerky and figured I had too much to smoke for the MES40, so out came both Big Chief's. While setting them up, thought to myself "Hey! why not let the Auber PID control them? " It was such an easy smoke. No more going out and tweaking the thermostat 2-3 times an hour.
