Big Jake thanking the public servants

Big Jake and I felt like giving back to the men and women who work hard every day to keep law and order. The paychecks may be steady, but the appreciation and recognition for those who serve aren’t always as forthcoming. Sometimes it’s just nice to let them know their service is seen and appreciated.

We cooked for the staff of the district attorney office, probation department, sheriff’s department and court.
Tri-tip, chicken, sausage, beans and salad was served

It was a nice turn out. Forgot there was garlic bread too but no pics. Since it was a solo cook sorry

The weather was great and the mountain setting awesome. The employees really appreciated and enjoyed the food. Big Jake was an hit and we were asked to cook for a car club event and a couple other venues as a result.

Looks amazing and a great way to thank them! Too many people don’t show them the respect they deserve, because they never stop to think what it would be like without them!
