Big Butt Week

My wife wanted me to do some butts for a party at her work on Wednesday.

I think i will do 2 in my MAK, 1 in the Meadow Creek and 1 in the Bradley.

Wrap them Butts up in a towel when you are finished with them and let them rest till you are ready to eat them !!!!!

Got the butts smokin 3 different ways.

Way #1

My MAK pellet grill with hickory pellets.

Way #2

Bradley 6 rack with PID and apple wood. Had to relocate my Bradley from the garage to the smokinzebo.

Way #3

My Meadow Creek PR36 Charcoal grill.

I used my pitmasterIQ on my MC. Worked great. This pic was 1145pm

The Bradley Butt. Pic was taken early. Didnt get a shot of it later before i pulled it.
