Thought I should put a little but about myself since I frequent the site all the time and I have used severel things I have learned from here. Have been on the site a few months but forgot to introduce myself. So I am from Dauphin Island, Alabama but now reside in Fowl River Alabama and I am married with a beautiful little girl. I got a small cheap brinkman from the inlaws for christmas and I have smoked several things on it since then. I have smoked three butts the way I learned on here and ate one of the three and it was GREAT. I cooked the other two the other day and we will be eating them for the 4th cookout we have on the beach. Smoked a wild hog tenderloin the first time I got it and it was by far the best thing I have smoked yet. But I am learning and I will deffinetly be upgrading to a larger smoker before to long so I can cook more and easier. So thanks for all the helpful tips so far and may the TBS be with you all.

Welcome ishee.
It's always great hearing what brought people to the site and the experiences they have had. Before long you'll wonder what you did before the discovery of home smoked goodness.
