Oh God...I wish you hadn't started this There will only be 6 of us this Saturday and now you have me wanting to make food for a couple hundred people. Stop it now please!! Another thought I had was to use some of the bacon jam that was derived from Steve ( @Steve H ) and put that over a brie with crackers on the side. I can't help but think that wold be an amazing appetizer!!

Cutting the brie in half,

I bet that would be perfect for that. His jam is on my to do list. We usually cut in half and press pecans into the brie spread on your choice of jam and put it back together. Wrap in foil and pop in the oven 10-15 min just to get it nice and soft......man I need to hit the store lol I'm getting hungry for all this stuff

It all looks fabulous Robert. I love Italian sausage hoagies and soup is always a beloved staple here. However double smoked ham/pea soup is numero uno in our house.
