I bought this from Craig Bell last November. Finally was able to pull her out and do up some ribs. 3 racks St. Louis cut spare ribs. I think they turned out okay. 6 hours, could have pulled them off at 5 hours.

Planning a brisket or two next week.

Fine looking smoke you got there, but I only saw two racks cooking LOL. Nice smoker also

Nice job on those ribs, Like! I'd have liked to seen more pics of your new rig, I've always heard they were top0 quality offsets. RAY
Here you go. These are back from last Fall. I was ready to pull the trigger on a Yoder Loaded Wichita last year, but it was 3-4 months out to get one. Also, $3k. Craig made this one for me within 3 weeks, I think. $950. 24x48 cook chamber, 3/8" thick steel, and he modified the exhaust to a triangular shape from pit to exhaust. Couldn't pass it up.
