Beginner smoker

My name is Andy, I live in Orchard Park NY( Home of the Bills). Purchased a Smokey Mountain 22 about 5 weeks ago after having some center-cut pork ribs off of a smoker 6 weeks ago. With some help from friends with some smoking  knowledge, I have had 4 good cooks. Pork ribs, Pork Butt, Beef ribs and Pork Butt again (which was way better than the first). Anyways looking forward to learning and experimenting with some help from the site. Oh yeah, thinking about a turkey this weekend and looking for advice...

Hey Andy welcome to the site, congrats on the new smoker.  Try using the search bar up top, to search for turkey brines.  Also search the term spatchcock, its my favorite way to smoke poultry.  Good luck and good smokin'.
