This is an awesome site to learn on, Welcome aboard.  I learned everything I know here on this site because of the friendly people that are so helpful.  I am sure they have answered every question I have asked a million times but are never rude about answering one more time.  So tel us what are you going to be smoking with??  I have a MES I just upgraded to and I am enjoying the new machine.

I haven"t selected a smoker yet. I haven't been able to decide which one would be best for me. I was hoping to get enough information from this forum to be able to make an educated decision.

I wish I had found this forum before I started smoking. I started last year and had little luck until I found this forum. It has turned smoking into an addiction that I love!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.
