Holy cow Bear, those look fantastic. We can find them once in a while on sale at our little mom-n-pop store here, but they are allot smaller in size. Great job.
Point for sure.

I love the color of the beef - perfectly cooked!
Wowzers John! Another incredible post. Looks delicious! Like! B
Mrs Bear must have been REAL pleased with that meal John. Looks fantastic!!
And $5.99 a pound for beef tenderloin?? That's about what we'r paying for ground beef here in the middle of cattle country.

Up here the best I've seen is ~$12, I do have a whole one in my freezer, I'll probably give this a try on part of it. I've also never seen the Lea & Perrins Bold Steak Sauce in any of our stores here but since you keep using it in your recipes I've ordered a 3 pack from Amazon.
Bear that looks seriously tasty!! I’ll keep my eyes open for beef tenderloin at that price. I never made it but at that price I’d have to buy it.
Been doing a lot of grilled pork tenderloins lately: cheap, quick and versatile for supper.
Thank You Xray!!
I still prefer Ribeye over Tenderloin, but when it comes to reheating, I'll be doing the rest of the leftovers in SV.
Ribeyes just don't cut it with SV, because of the Fat not rendering at all.
No fat on these Fillet Mignon leftovers.
And Thanks for the Like.

WOW ! That looks fantastic . Nice job as always .
That looks real tasty Bear, perfectly cooked! I could take a plate like that anytime! I hope Mrs. Bear enjoyed her day, I know she enjoyed that dinner!
Looks great, Bear! Fantastic buy on the tenderloin! They're usually $15.99 to $19.99 lb out here. Once in a blue moon I can find some small, ungraded ones for $6.99. That's what I have thawing out now for Sunday. Probably no more than 4 lbs. total, untrimmed. I'm going to give your recipe a try.
