Ok all you Q chefs...I have about 12 beef shanks...any suggestions?
I was thinking about smoking and pulling...or smoking then putting into an onion mushroom soup...anybody have any suggestions?

Heck if theres enough meat pull it then use the bone for soup

I would think some could make a mean split pea, or bean soup, that is if you like split pea soup, or bean soup.
 
Thanks I was thinking it would go pretty good in a soup! Not sure how much meat is on these!
