Very nice , Brian. Wish I could find some Beef ribs that ha some meat on them , they get trimmed too much . Just bones with enough Meat for one to give to the Dog .

Yep , I'm back in the Saddle. Got to walk the Princess 3 times a day . Walking keeps me out of trouble though , we do 2/3rds a mile each time , let's see if my

math is still good , that makes 3mi./day .   My back hurts , but I'm doing my thing . . .
