Just stumbled across this while learning how to split a chicken on Youtube and thought I'd share. Forgive me if this is duplicative.
Aaron Franklin has a Youtube channel called BBQ with Franklin http://www.youtube.com/user/BBQwithFranklin?feature=watch. It would seem according the news he posted on the channel that PBS is going to convert this into a television show. Here is the video where he makes the announcement:
Always great to watch a master at work and pick up tips from the pros. I for one will keep an eye out for the TV show!
