I've only recently discovered that I get Samsung TV Plus with my Samsung TV and they have a food/cooking channel they call Hungry (channel 1206). Many reruns of Julia and Jacques, Lidia's Kitchen and Steven Raichlen (who does NOT know what the point end of a brisket is...). nevertheless, I have been watching the channel almost non-stop.

But there is one show that I strongly encourage you to find and watch if you can: Almazan Kitchen; Outdoor / Bushcraft Cooking at its finest. This Serbian fellow is one amazing cook.

He has a YouTube channel too.

The guy is an artist!

Watched Almazan Kitchen on and off for years, he does do some great outdoor cooks.
His huge cleaver like knife is as famous as his videos and sales of it probably generate more money than anything else.
